We will source from our library of trade materials and vendors to design a fully custom space tailored to you. No detail will be left untouched to ensure your home meets your needs and wants.

If you have a room that needs to be refreshed with a few pieces or help selecting drapery fabrics, or accessories, we are happy to help!

E-DESIGN

Our E-Design package is the perfect option for clients not located in the Charleston area and are looking for a complete room design with a do-it-yourself timeline. E-Design is great for anyone who wants a cohesive room design complete with shoppable links. With your E-Design project, you will receive a complete mood board, pricing, dimensions, and floor plans.

Our process

FULL-SERVICE DESIGN

1. SCOUTING VISIT.

At this stage, we will review your home together and walk through the space to discuss your thoughts and ideas, how your family uses the space, etc. We will discuss your timeline, budget, and initial design thoughts. After this meeting, Lea will be able to provide you with an approximate design time quote based on the project's scale.

2. CONTRACT & RETAINER.

After the initial meeting if you choose to move forward Lea will provide you with a contract and retainer invoice.

3. MEASURING & INITIAL DESIGN MEETING.

After we have received your contract and payment we will revisit your home, this time to take detailed measurements and photos. At this time we will also discuss the design aspect of the project more in-depth. We will review styles and patterns to narrow down our design trajectory and make sure we are on the same page.

4. DESIGN PROCESS.

Once we have all the information needed we will begin the design process. During this stage we will spend our time sourcing fabrics, furniture, requesting quotes, and creating floor plans.

5. DESIGN PRESENTATION.

Once the design process is complete we will schedule a design presentation. During the presentation you will be able to see and feel all fabrics and finishes, view floor plans, review pricing, etc. We will have a complete design board so you can visually see the space in its entirety and envision how the completed space will look.

6. EDITS.

After the presentation, we will make any edits or changes you wish to see until we have confirmed and decided on all items.

7. PROPOSAL.

Once all items have been decided on, Lea will send you a project proposal complete with photos, pricing, and dimensions for all items including labor and installation.

8. ORDERING.

Once the proposal has been signed and paid, we will place all orders for fabric, trims, and furniture.

9. INSTALLATION.

When everything is completed and is ready to be delivered we will schedule and coordinate all installations. All furniture and items will be shipped to our receiving warehouse and delivered all at once. Rugs, wallpaper, drapery, and lighting installations will be scheduled accordingly.

E-DESIGN

1. SCOUTING CALL.

On our initial call, we will discuss the project more in-depth and you will be provided with a design fee quote.

2. INVOICE & DEPOSIT.

If you choose to move forward Lea will provide you with a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit.

3. INFORMATION INQUIRY.

After the contract and invoice are returned Lea will request any measurements or details she needs on the rooms.

4. DESIGN PROCESS.

After Lea has all the information needed she’ll begin the design process.

5. DESIGN PRESENTATION.

Once the project is complete you will be provided with a presentation of two schemes to choose from.

6. BALANCE INVOICE.

Once you have made your decisions, Lea will send the invoice for the balance payment.

7. SHOPPING.

Once the payment is made Lea will provide you with all links for you to purchase the items.

8. INSTALLATIONS.

Once your items begin to be delivered Lea will be accessible to help with placement and styling.
